The health and safety of our visitors, exhibitors, and staff is our greatest priority. PRYSM Group is committed to ensuring a safe environment for all who partake in our exhibitions. PRYSM Group has been following public health officials closely in our efforts to identify best practices, including how to effectively protect your employees’ health and prevent the spread of the virus.
As we approach the event we will continue to work closely with the venue to ensure that we meet the COVID-19 regulations. Please see some of the measures that we will be putting in place for your safety.
Reducing contact by posting you your printed ticket to bring to the show with you
Managing the flow of traffic throughout the exhibition
Monitoring capacity in the halls to comply with social distancing regulations
Focusing on a digital approach before and at the event with attendees having to pre-register
Limiting touch points throughout the facilities including contactless access to the show and cashless systems for purchases and transactions
Encouraging the use of digital credentials to limit touch points
Issuing best practices for visitors and exhibitors, such as avoiding shaking hands and sharing digital business cards
Mandatory use of face coverings
Installing informational signage to encourage personal hygiene and social distancing practices
Touch-free, hand sanitizing stations available throughout the venue
Enhancing venue sanitisation throughout the day with particular focus on frequent contact surfaces
Health checks to ensure we are a COVID free space
